We’re interested in building new ways to work. Vecteris is a virtual, flexible company. We're headquartered in Cincinnati, OH, but many of our consultants work from around the world. We get our work done when our clients need it, but we’re flexible on how, when and where. ​Product Management Associate

Vecteris is a boutique product innovation consulting firm.  Started by a group of women with extensive experience building and selling successful Information Services, SaaS and DaaS-based products.  Our mission is to help companies build forward-thinking products to positively impact the world we live in. We do that by working with organizations to accelerate the digitization of their products and services. Our iterative, collaborative approach allows us to create lasting partnerships with our clients. 

The Product Management Associate will participate in the development of Vecteris internal products and services as well as helping to support client needs. The individual will have a chance to interact with clients at all levels of work on projects that will have a significant impact on their business. The Product Management associate will build product management, marketing & client development skills while in this role. 

 

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Conduct secondary and primary research to support development of product requirements & recommendations.

  • Support product marketing for Vecteris & our clients including digital advertising and email campaigns; regularly provide status updates and ways to improve.

  • Create high impact communications for client product launches or product discovery in the form of emails, landing pages, ad copy or launch marketing materials.

  • Assist in competitor analysis to help clients identify product differentiators and better position their products.

  • Develop client meeting materials for both status updates or workshops.

  • Assist with project management materials for both status updates or workshops.

  • Update internal documentation to help maintain process improvements.

  • Develop knowledge of systems or applications as needed.

  • Ad hoc projects as assigned.

 

Job Requirements: 

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems or a closely related discipline required.

  • Must be a self-starter, organized and able to meet assignment deadlines.

  • Must be eager to try & learn new things.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Excellent time-management skills.

  • Willing to work in an ever-changing environment.

  • Knowledge and experience with MS Office applications, especially Excel & PowerPoint

  • Experience with HubSpot, Canva, LinkedIn & Facebook advertising, WordPress is a plus.
